Dr. Klaus Brandt
Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining LTC in 2005, Dr. Brandt held senior positions with leading energy companies including management positions at Duracell (US), VARTA (Germany) and co-founded and headed Moli Energy (Canada). He also served as the managing director and as a member of the Executive Board (Vorstand) for a German based company Ionity AG.
Theo M.M. Kremers
Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors.Mr Kremers has over 25 years of experience in strategic management of high tech and IT companies. Previously worked as Founder-CEO of MARC Global Holdings Inc. (Dulles, VA) and TRW Defense Contracting (both in Europe and the US), FACE Industrial Automation (the Netherlands).
Fred A. Mulder
was appointed as a Director and our co-Chairman on April 28, 2008. Mr Mulder has extensive experiencein the investment market and in managing companies. He currently is Chairman of the Board of LBI International AB, Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of Greenfield Capital Partners N.V. (private equity) and a Member of the Supervisory Board of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd, Aleri Lab, Inc. (Chicago/London), WAYSIS B.V., Duos Technology, Inc. (USA) and Force India (Formula 1 Team).
Christiaan A. van den Berg
was appointed as a Director and our Chairman on May 18, 2007. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Arch Hill Capital since May 2007. Mr. van den Berg is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of GAIA Holding and a member of the supervisory Board of Directors of GAIA. Mr. van den Berg holds directorships in a number of Dutch and American private companies.
Tim Ryder
having previously worked together at several companies, Kremers and Ryder have established a track record of successful collaboration. At MARC Global Inc, Kremers was Founder and CEO while Ryder served as Corporate Secretary. When Kremers was Chairman and CEO of Excelergy, Ryder was the company's CFO. Ryder has a degree in mathematics from The Citadel and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
